A Day at the Cultural Center
A local field-trip favorite! To experience "A Day at the SCC" local school children and other educational groups come to the SCC to discover its history by taking a tour of the magnificent building and also get the opportunity to participate in two arts-based workshops of their choice! The workshops that are available are: Magic, Theatre, Dance, Visual Arts or Drumming!
Come discover an afternoon of history and fun at the Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple! This exciting program is fun for all ages and features a tour of the historic architecture of the center as well as your choice of two hands on workshops including instruction in theatre, dance, drawing, mixed media, music, and magic! Admittance is $8 per child depending on the selected workshop (Minimum charge of $200). Groups of up to 150 students are welcome!
